A T TRANSPORT CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code of Conduct is a voluntary standard that we set ourselves
as a company. It is designed to promote an open and honest relationship with our clients, and to show our commitment to
providing you the highest possible standards of service.
You can expect the following standards:
- All our vehicles will be clean and tidy.
- All of our vehicles are well maintained.
- We will at all times act and comply within the law, and fully comply with the latest health and safety standards. Should it be required we are happy to provide paperwork to support this.
- We hold £5,000,000.00 of liability cover insurance.
- All of our chauffeurs are assessed to advanced driver standard and re assessed yearly by our in house DSA Advanced driving instructor and fleet assessor who is qualified and certified to RoSPA GOLD standard (highest in uk) under the driver standards agency.
- All of our chauffeurs are uniformed and display their name clearly identifying them.
- All of our chauffeurs will introduce themselves to clients by name.
- All of our chauffeurs will offer to assist with the carrying of luggage.
- All our chauffeurs are instructed to arrive 15 mins ahead of the booked time.
- All of our chauffeurs will meet you in the arrivals hall on airport pickups.
- On airport pick- ups if you are delayed all of our chauffeurs have standing instructions not to leave the airport until checking with our office, so you can rest assured we will make every effort to find you.
- The price you are quoted is the price you pay we do not add in undisclosed "extras" (such as waiting time per 15 mins, car parking or tolls).
- All chauffeurs are under strict confidentiality instruction.
No client's details, conversations or any information is
Released in any way. All data held by ourselves is treated in the strictest confidence and we take every effort
to maintain its security.
- We do not aim to be the cheapest, we aim to be the
best value, at a reasonable price.
- In the unlikely event you are not happy with any aspect of our service we fully encourage you to bring it to our attention and we assure you your concerns will be looked at in an open, honest and fair way. With a view to resolving any issues. We actively encourage customer feedback and always strive to improve on our service.
